Nikki Puckett Bosov
Nikki brings a wealth of experience in customer experience design and operational efficiency to Fluid Community Garage, having been in the industry for over a decade. Her passion lies in creating seamless, intuitive systems that put the customer first, ensuring every interaction is built on transparency and trust. With a background in developing client-centric strategies, Nikki is dedicated to reshaping the automotive service experience.
She believes that clear communication and education are key to empowering customers. Nikki has been instrumental in designing the welcoming waiting room and educational workshop spaces, ensuring they reflect Fluid Community Garage's core values of inclusivity and empowerment. Her goal is to ensure that every visitor feels respected, understood, and confident in their automotive choices.
Bear O'Brien
As an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician, Bear has over a decade of experience working on all years, makes, and models of vehicles. They attended trade school at GRCC in Grand Rapids, Michigan where they learned the correct ways of mechanical work and have since devoted themself to doing it right and providing honest, quality work.
Starting this business has been a long-time goal of theirs and having it come to fruition has been so rewarding. They are committed to serving the community in Durham, NC with integrity, humility, and quality mechanical work. Their hope is to take the intimidation out of the process of finding auto care in a cis-male dominated industry with prices and services that are transparent and fair.
